Ryan Darlow is experienced in wind and solar power resource and site assessment. He has worked on wind power projects located within North America and beyond. Utilizing wind resource assessment tools such as WindPRO and Windographer, he has developed energy production models to calculate energy output for proposed projects and performance comparisons for existing wind projects. Ryan is responsible for solar project siting using programs such as ArcGIS and PVsyst to assess and develop distributed solar projects. He is knowledgeable about sound and aesthetic assessments for wind and solar projects.
Ryan holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont and a B.S. in Thermal Energy Engineering from Aalborg University in Denmark. He has been a member of Renewable Energy Vermont since 2014.
